Good offer for Z - it would really depend on who was available at #8. I think we'd consider it if a player of interest was available. Big issue is that this is a D heavy top 10 and we really don't need to draft 2 x D. Winning the lottery would obviously have a significant impact on any decision to move Z.

Strong offer for Zegras!
As you know from your previous posts, Dvorak takes a 2nd to move to Chicago. Hawks would have no interest in Harris. So take out everything but Dvorak and the 2nd to Chicago and the Hawks probably accept.

The 3rd round pick is for Harris but the rest is for Dvorack.

I just didn't know that maybe Harris and the Hawks isn't a good fit.

If MTL won the 1st or the 2nd lottery, we can forget Zegras.

Both side can be talk, especially if they got Celebrini.

With your loss tonight, you guys can give up any dreams of getting as high as #8. You'll be #5-#7. And the third is too much.

If the two Russians go in the top 6, we should have a good forward prospect available at #7. (Celebrini, Levshunov, Lindstrom, Demidov, Silayev leaves Eiserman, Helenius, Hemming and Nygard.)

Yeh, may be it is just me, but I am not that high on Helenius, Hemming and Nygard. Not to replace Z. Eiserman could be interesting though as a true LW with goal scoring potential, but he's got problems outside of scoring. That said, we could go Lindstrom with our 1st and pick-up Yamenchuk or Parekh if they are still on the board. It really depends on what PV has planned to bolster the D next year. Lev seems like a perfect pick-up for us, but he's got a long road to getting into the NHL. I just wonder whether we go for a forward, with a shorter development time, and solidify the D through FA and/or trade.
