Seems rather odd the Lou brought in a coach who's system is reliant on speed to coach one of the oldest and slowest rosters in the league. When facing bottom feading teams the Islanders feast offensively but against actual contenders who understand they are mostly standing still, they get shut down badly.

It’s really his age & lack of experience that makes him our 7th guy though
Talent-wise, he’s got nice upside & isn’t a guy we’d wanna move, unless it was for a player we couldn’t get using other pieces
He spent time on the top pair w Dahlin this year & didn’t look out of place

I stopped looking when I saw Jo Drouin playing top line LW. Habs fans know way too much about Drouin to believe he can sustain any kind of effort long term.

He won't go to the dirty areas
He takes way more nights off than he puts in a full effort
He does not play defense away from the puck

He loves hockey, but he can not handle the responsibilities of being a top line player. That being said if anyone could get the best of him, it might be Patrick Roy... But I would not hold my breath.
