Yet it’s still a far better contract than Anderson’s. Even with the recent healthy scratches Couturier is having a decent year offensively and is still very good defensively. Anderson meanwhile sucks offensively and defensively

There is very little chance the Jets trade McGroarty. If they trade him to Montreal it would be part of a Suzuki, or Caulfield type deal. Sounds ridiculous? Maybe, but that isn't as ridiculous as the above proposal.
