Agree, Habs accept even if Struble is real solid
MTL need more top end talent and trade their surplus (who are still quality)

I doubt he is avaliable, but would there be a potential deal with either Dach or Newhook + Struble + WPG 1st ?

I would think so, but then we're having a conversation about Yager + the 1st and making it a blockbuster move I'd imagine.

Consensus on this draft year is there's a huge drop off from 10 on. Would be really dumb to trade down, especially if they don't own the next year's 1st rounder

I disagree, IMO Kirby Dach is untouchable
Kent Hughes also went to acquire Newhook, so he sees him in MTL for the future. Jayden Struble while being solid in the NHL wasn’t draft by the current management. We already saw Romanov & Mysak traded (who were drafted under Bergevin). Trading one of Dach or Newhook for a prospect is just doing a step back.

It may be a step back, but realistically we haven't had Dach for a full season. We've spent more time without him in the lineup than with him in it. I'd love for him to come back healthy and produce like we're all hoping he will but I'd move him for a haul personally.

Jersey calls Pittsburgh's nearest psychiatric center and tells them their patients are calling around making trade proposals

Just reposting here:

SJ traded no 11th to ARZ for no 27th, 34th and 45th.

For PIT 2024 1st (between 9-11th), it would make sense to ask for WPG 2024 1st (24-28th), MTL 2025 2nd (38-48th) and Struble (drafted 46th)

Pittsburgh suffers from both a lack of draft picks and a poor prospect pool. Giving up the pick at 8 - 10 (it can't be later and almost certainly won't be earlier) will be exchanging quality for quantity. The difference between a pick in the 8 - 10 range and a pick in the 25 - 28 range is pretty much another pick in the 25 - 28 range, and I don't think that Kovacevic, Struble and the Pittsburgh second bridge that gap. If I were Dubas, I wouldn't do this trade unless I got both the Winnipeg first and the convoluted 2025 first (CAL/FLA).
