Not the full trade but I think BOS could be interested in Norris

I can't see Boston gambling on oft injured Josh Norris at nearly 8 mil AAV for 6 more years. Maybe if he came with significant retention and additional assets.

Not sure about Norris, but Pinto would intrigue me as Boston.

Norris without retention isn't going to interest any competitive, cap crunched team. a bottom dweller with tons of cap space? sure.

If Norris was historically healthy, I think this would be very interesting. Fits the needs of both teams.

But Norris as he currently is, represents to great a question mark, for too much, for too long for Boston to make this swing.

No one is trading for Norris until he proves he isn't an LTIRetirement candidate. If the Senators could dump him for future considerations, they should consider it. Which isn't to say he is never going to play again, but at this point he is a liability cap wise because he has a long road to getting back to his previous form. He wasn't close to it this year, and that was before injuring his shoulder and having to get another surgery.
