A combination of all 3 honestly. Svech takes dumb penalties, but the refs also seem to have a vendetta against him. I also think Rod has loosened up on the team a bit to play with more of an edge.

Yeah I was just looking through the top of the list and was shocked to see his name there. You usually see the star forwards drawing more than they take. So was wondering.

I think the refs just tend to notice a lot more when Svech does stuff he's not supposed to do given both his size and reputation.
