The Sens are not trading Tkachuk, but if they were any number of Quinn, Savoie, Peterka, Kulich, Benson, Rosen, and any of the other good prospects would be great to start a trade package with.

For me Jack Quinn would have to be in the deal instead of kulich

The offer needs to start with Quinn + 2024 1st. After that maybe a piece like Wallberg

Quinn, Peterka, and this year's 1st. that'd be the cost and if Buffalo won't pay it then they don't want him enough to get him. is it an overpay? yeah probably, but it takes an overpay to get a divisional rival's captain, star, and cornerstone piece of a 7/8-year long rebuild on a reasonable, long-term contract, when both player and team have expressed no interest in parting ways and instead, the exact opposite.

The Sens love local players. Quinn is from Ottawa and played his entire junior career in Ottawa for the 67’s. would have to agree with the others that the deal starts with him.

Peterka is a friend of Stutzle, to this day I don’t know why Ottawa passed on him to take Jarventie, but a young goal scorer I could definitely see Ottawa standing firm on these two plus a pick.

Ok then you may not have Brady. I’m leaving you Peterka and Benson, but there’s no deal to be made without bringing Quinn home

Lololol
Are u the Sens GM ???

We literally have over a DOZEN good assets that could be reasonably used in a deal,
so for you to demand specific pieces is just making u look ABSURD

yeah, Buffalo isn't trading Quinn AND Peterka. I could go in a deal like this; but from a human making decisions standpoint? Adams isn't trading his first two pics. He was roasted at the time for the Quinn pick. He was giddy with joy trading up for Peterka. Human emotion and ego isn't allowing him to trade both at once.

not absurd. Adams said it last year, the price in a trade is different for and team. Buffalo is DEMANDING Brady in this scenario. Why wouldn't OTT make demands themselves?
