Description

Would require admitting some mistakes and cutting bait with signings like Johanssen, letting Gaudreau spend time in Alex Goligoski press box seat and playing Foligno and Hartman down in the lineup. The expensive 4th line doesn’t bother me as those guys can play up and down lineup as needs occur. Question is whether you can get value from Gus for a goalie needy team? Do I have the right needy team? Not sure if you could pry “the other Kirill” away, but I like that guy and it’s my ACGM session.

If Wallstedt isn’t ready, this doesn’t go well, but if I’m BG I know I can’t just run everything back. This is my youth move.

I think Columbus could be in need of goaltending, but not for Marchenko. Way too valuable of a player for their rebuild to give him up for a question mark in Gus.
