Hawks decline and counter w/ a 3rd for Lilypad. He's the only one of those players the Hawks might have an interest in acquiring.

Oilers decline no need for either Reaves or Jarnkrok. Reaves is literally a defensive hole which god knows the oilers need better defending not worse and Jarnkrok's play can be replicated by players that cost less and could mesh better in the oilers backend. So there is no reason for Oilers to give up a 3rd for basically nothing.
