Description
Nylander back to the top line with Matthews, Domi plays facilitator, Stamkos signs to end his career here and Tavares signs a similar deal with term next season, Marner bears responsibility for this line defensively and plays facilitator here
Minton makes the team, Knies stays permanently on that third line with McMann, Dewar and Kampf pairing stays with Reaves and Holmberg splitting time on that 4th line.
Finally get Rielly the partner he deserves, a guy going into his prime who is mobile, physical with size and can contribute offensively, lijlegren signs to walk into UFA in exchange for a lower cap hit on this contract, he plays with Webber who like an Edmondson is there to be in the way. McCabe and Benoit stay together too. Go with a young tandem in Woll and Hildeby this season to accommodate for the signings.

Idk why Cade Webber is an NHL player now if ever? The leafs got him for a 6th round pick and he makes the team next year. If he was that good the Canes would have received more from someone else.

Not that I believe Cade will make the team next year but who's to say just cause he was traded for a 6th that he isn't going to turn into something... wasn't Forsling traded for nothing AND claimed on waivers

5x7 for Chatfield is… a choice. I’m a big fan of him but he isn’t worth more than like 3 mil. Also doubt Webber is gonna be an NHLer.

You can always find the guys that are exception to the rule. 6th round picks seldom make the NHL but it is possible.

For sure, I'm not saying he will make it. Just don't think it's a lock either way - he couldn't be worse than Boosh after a couple seasons with the Marlies
