Yeah because what else is supposed to say? He’s getting a team that isn’t ready to win, and doesn’t have the luxury of favor expansion rules like Vegas and Seattle but will be expected to perform like them. You can say they shouldn’t do it because they want to win now, fine, misguided, but fine. But calling a prospect who’s on a 26 game point streak and one of the biggest ppg players in the CHL meh is, well, a very meh take.

Utah takes that elc of savoie and runs, future with Cooley/savoie/geekie up the middle would be wild, go buy a winger or two, possibly a couple dman and away they go.

Way to much for Crouse. Although i'd expect to over pay a bit, keep in mind he's amiddle 6 guy in arizona and will be a middle 6 guy on any team especially if they're a good team. Savoie could still turn into a top 6 center and rosen is showning he's atleast a middle 6 guy.

Knocking 4.3 million off the cap and add it to the budget of buying 20 plus million of ufas, and adding possibly this years Cooley to the mix isn’t interesting, geekie probably replaces him internally also. With that budget, they can go get Reinhart/guentzel, skje/pesce or basically whoever they want.

Crouse isn't worth that much.
