that is not close to what they gave up, 16/17th OA a 2nd and a guy who is worth 4th or 5th round pick is not close to what they gave up and they decline this

Yes it is close. OTT gave up the 12 overall and 2 2nds when he was younger and had more term. Dowd is one of the best shutdown 4th line centers in the league and an amazing pker he is worth a 2nd

ROFL no team is giving up a 2nd for a 33 yo career 4th liner, he is worth a 4th at most.
