There are very few Nick Robertson trades that I like or would accept. I really hope the Leafs keep him.

In saying that, this is one of the rare circumstances that I would accept.

These trades are all pretty one sided in Montreal's favor. Toronto is probably the only team that might accept. Everyone else declines. As for that Hawks trade, what exactly are the Hawks spending that 2nd on? The cap dump or the draft bust? That 2nd is on the wrong side of that trade.

Toronto would accept that offer but the other four teams would decline, two of them insulting you while doing so.

Cole Caufield: 205 games, 81 goals, 68 assists = 149 points, -39, $7.85 million AAV
Trevor Zegras: 211 games, 55 goals, 99 assists = 154 points, -40, $5.75 million AAV

I'm not even going to ask for credit on the 11 games at the start of the season Zegras played with an injury so severe that he was able to score only one goal and one assist and eventually landed him on the LTIR list for 6 weeks, or the one game he played only three shifts before breaking his ankle.

I don't think the leafs would accept as they are starved for depth scoring right now and Xhekaj would be battling for the 3LD spot if not the 7th D spot
