Why would Seattle give up so much for one year of Marner?
Then why would Leafs give up so much for non value Hall and Murphy?

I'd say Hawks accept. But...

A trade like this sends the wrong message after GM Kyle from Chicago says he wants the Hawks to be better next season. Trading two keys vets for 1st's who won't impact the team for 3 to 5 years? Sure makes Kyle's job this off season a WHOLE LOT harder.

Totally agree but I would still make that trade and try to replace Hall and Murphy with solid veteran FA signings.

More nonsense about extensions in order to make a trade. Very, very rarely do they happen.
It's 2024,,,,Hall isn't special at all, even at 3m
Murphy isn't that special for two first rounders.....one of them was lottery pick.

Toronto fans really need to give up on the idea of Larsson going to Toronto in a trade.
