I think if you check the UFA plan located in the UFA thread, it should have FA rules.

In regards to the undrafted free agents, IRL I believe you can sign them after the draft but it would not be fair to do that in our game since there were a few guys in the 2nd/3rd round that were undrafted by us. It would be stupid for everyone not to bid on these players as they are essentially a free 2nd round pick.

That's a valuable prospect and they can only get a entry level deal. With waiver priority being the tie breaker the bottom 5-6 teams are guaranteed a top prospect for nothing that not everyone has an oppurtunity to get.

IRL players like Myers, Hicketts, etc. were undrafted for a reason and had little to no value and a team took a risk using a contract spot on them that no one else was willing to do. A player like Volkov has obvious value that we all missed but now with hindsight we all would want him. Why should one team get him and not another?

They aren't in the FA plan document and I haven't seen a vote on them or anything, so hopefully they aren't on the list.
