Jack_Eichel, who is next in line in terms of seniority, has expressed interest in taking the position of GM of Detroit in v2.

I will be creating a thread with the entire rules and will ask that all teams "sign off" on the aforementioned rules, acknowledging that they are to be upheld throughout the entirety of v2, unless there is a rule modification.
Reminder that all rosters will be from September 15th, regardless is that is the true start date in v2. Any transaction after that time period will not be recognized by the BOE.

The rosters are still a go from midnight, EST for Friday, September 15th. Any transaction IRL after that time frame will not be reflected in the starting rosters, contract totals, salary cap, etc. in v2 by the BOE.

NateElder12,TrueNorth and myself have had discussions about switching our teams in v2 to accomodate their prefrence lists and my desire for a new challenge. We have referenced all of the v2 team preference lists and there is not a conflict for Winnipeg prior to TrueNorth selecting. There is also no conflict prior to Nate selecting for Philidelphia and obviously no conflict on Carolina as they were chosen by Nate and doesn't affect anyone who chose after Carolina was off the board.We wish to agree to this change prior to any official start and are looking for feedback or concerns on the matter.

If it works for you guys then I am good with it
