For me i have 3:
Chicago Blackhawks - change it to a black hawk
Columbus Blue Jackets - change it to a blue jacket but make it more interesting than that, not just a simple blue jacket
Montreal Canadiens - idk why but i like the idea of just the letters 'Montreal Canadiens'.
What do you think?
1. Chicago and Montreal are classic. They'll never have significant changes, only minor tweaks. The Blackhawks is meant to be for the Indians, not an actual bird. The only way that happens is if people get so offended and think that it's offensive (which it isn't). 2. Columbus has an awesome logo IMO. Jerseys are beautiful, nothing should change with them.
The ones that should change? I think Anaheim needs to mix it up, or go with the Mighty Duck. I'd love to see the Islanders do something new, their logo just seems like there's too much going on. I think the better question is which teams need new jerseys rather than logos

Have you asked anybody from First Nations?
Their logo is a specific person. That is like saying;
- Have you asked black people? (Logo of Barack Obama)
- Have you asked white people? (Logo of Justin Trudeau)
- Have you asked orange people? (Logo of Donald Trump)

Ottawa definitely. Their logo is just so bad and cartoony..
Rebrand is in effect, they're stuck with their 3d jerseys because those weren't changed in time, but their new president of operations has started the rebrand -> center ice uses the =O=, as does the entrance to the arena now.
That logo is consistently ranked as one of the best logos in sports. I don't know why or how you can think that they should change it.
People that don't understand that it is Chief Blackhawk, and not a hawk that is black, want it changed.
Right, which fringes on race. I was raised in a small town where the native reserve was a huge part of the community. We grew up together. I like the jersey but I would not be upset if they changed it because of the racial issue. There should be NO question about this.

The reason the Blackhawks logo isn't racist, is because it is in memory of an actual person, Black Hawk.
While other names/logos that are called racist (Cleveland Indians, WSH Redskins), is because they stereotype a group of people. Redskin was used with negative connotations in a racist manner. On the other hand Black Hawk was a single person.
