Nothing about a small 5M winger is good and for 3 years term lmao you have no clue what a cap is, i cant believe you users are on this site. Its capfriendly not hfboards.. You understand there is a thing as a bad contract and its a negative asset. You dont pick up players like pokemon cards. You need to fit salary in this thing called a cap or you cant ice a team. Keeping Garland means no extension for your good players that will be paid during that same 3 year term. But why let practical thought clearly dissuade your fairy tale. Bjorkstrand can be given away, a strong 2 way play driver winger but nope not little midget Garland that is famous for having Mackinnon throw a helmet at him. Delusional

Adams has been a huge vibes and locker room culture guy. He has said numerous times that he wants guy who want to be in Buffalo, and Both Cozens and Power have expressed their desire to be there. Losing Power instantly makes their top 4 D worse, and losing Cozens while probably not as painful for the team removes a player the organization loves and a kid who basically checks every one of Adams boxes and a few boxes Adams doesn't need checked.
