Greenway isnt anything special. If Greenway level players was all it took to pick in the 6-8 range those picks would be traded every year.
Raymond/Rossi/Perfetti are a lot better than who the Wild would get at 9th.
Put it in a different draft would you move Kravtsov and Greenway for Quinn Hughes?
What about Mittelstadt and Greenway for Elias Pettersson?
To move into the better tier of the draft you have to give up something valuable. At 6 you get someone a lot more impactfull than Greenway and 9th

While any player would be better next to Malkin (which people forget that you still need to be a good player to play with great players), this article quantifiably proves that Rust has become a great player in his own right.</div></div>
The only delusional fans are the ones who think a 30 yearold 3rd liner and McCann could get Strome and Regula

Strome is aggressively mediocre. I don't care where he was drafted.</div></div>
Imagine actually thinking you were correct.
Strome paced for 70+pts in 2019 with DeBrincat and Kahun (which was his most productive line follwed by Perlini and Cat). Meanwhile Rust couldnt even score more than 30 pts before being paired with Malkin (the same Malkin that made James Neal look elite)
Rust is almost 30 and you comparing him to Strome who is 23 makes you a clown. There is a reason why Rust toiled in the minors for almost 10 years. Also ignoring how an injury plagued season by Strome is comparable to Bryan Rust's greatest season ever. Rust will wash out of the league the moment he swaps teams unless Malkin comes with him.

Not even Rusts mom thinks he gets that much. Its as clear as day he had a fluke season and is a 30pt player that looked better due to being with Malkin

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Chigurrhh</b></div><div>"Stay positive and make a horrible trade with Chicago for a mediocre center without a contract"</div></div>
Strome is far from mediocre considering he paced for 70pts prior to an injury riddled 2020 season. If any player is mediocre its McCann and lets not pretend Rust isnt 28 who had a career year playing with Malkin when he has struggled to even break 30pts every previous season he has played in. Rutherford loses another phone.
All this is pointless though considering Rutherford would probably trade the 2022 first rounder for a defensive C like Sutter or Bonino anyway

Someone doesnt know how to read. Having Lundkvist and Miller that high is obscenely stupid even Kravtsov shouldnt be that high anymore either as Farabee, Bouchard, Hayton, Dellandrea, Ty Smith (who is somehow left off entirely), and Veleno have been better in the D+1 seasons

A majority of users on this site are completely *****ded tbh. A year ago people were arguing that for any Panarin trade the Jackets should have to attach atkinson due to Panarin being on a expiring contact and basically a cap dump

Chicago doesnt even do that Saad trade. You also (shockingly) overvalued Jost, and Zadarov while somehow only giving up a bottom 4 Dman and a AHL talent for Saad and Danault so no one should be shocked

No he is not better than either of them. Worse puck handler, worse possession, contributes less on offense while being worse defensively.
But muh hits. The reason why he has more hits is because other teams always have the puck when he is on the ice..
