Stiga at 48th is just criminal. I have him #11 on my board given his defensive game and skating alone.

That makes sense.
Also another pointer is that the Canadiens are high on Iginla.

Seattle has chosen to draft highly touted offensive prospects in their few short years of existence. They opt to get their cornerstone defenseman for years to come by selecting Dickinson.</div></div>
Couldn't agree with you more on Dickinson!
Boisvert is if anything a reach. I believe people are overreacting on his recent play, at times he's really good, but there are times where he's unnoticeable. Stiga is actually a big steal, I have him at #11 on my board.

I do believe however, a team like Arizona or Anaheim would go for Demidov at #1. Arizona cause they don't fear the Russian talent (given the Simashev and But picks early on). Anaheim cause they have such a stacked prospect pool, especially forward wise, they can afford to take the risk.

I understand your point about the north south movement, but Parekh and Yakemchuk aren't worth taking 4th overall. I see them going between 6th-15th. If Levshunov is there at 4th he will be the pick, but Silayev is just as good.

I have Spence at #2. Defensively he's actually very talented and he's arguably the best skater in the draft.
Otherwise this looks solid.

Best skaters in the draft:
1. Connelly
2. Stiga
3. Silayev

I do agree with you. Because some teams value the Russian Factor, Celebrini will be drafted at #1. But Demidov is the best player in the draft.

Solid list the two prospects the one prospect that you missed out on was Teddy Stiga. He's near the top 10 in my eyes, second best skater in the draft and elite defensively.

Two teams that refs favor. Vegas is one of them and Pittsburgh is the other.
EDIT: Pionk needs to come out of the lineup for a game or two. Or break up the Dillon and Pionk pair entirely.

Agree if this is the case.
EDIT: If Rutger makes the NHL put him take out Barron, put Appleton on the 4th and Rutger on the 3rd.

I would put Simashev at 9th. Dropping him to 12th is too extreme. Also where is Barlow? Yes he was injured but has been tearing up the OHL since his return. Jets still take Barlow at 18th.

Heinola in for Schmidt is a bit of a stretch for me as he has been a decent 3rd pairing defenseman with Samberg this year. However, I do like the idea of sitting Pionk for a game or two as the guy needs a reset and hopefully he can bounce back.</div></div>
Heinola normally does well with Pionk. But I do agree that Pionk needs to sit for one game

We just need to break up the Dillon-Pionk pair. Call up Heinola and put him with Pionk, scratch Nate and put Dilly with Samberg.
During the 2021-22 season, all five of Heinola's assists came while playing with Pionk.

Not neccessarily. The Jets had full control of the game in that 3rd period. 3rd period shots were 18-3 in favor of the Jets. But yes, the 1st and 2nd the Islanders had control.
