Stastny back to jets
i don't think the Jets deal for SYASTNY unless LITTLE is done for the year and from what i have heard he is hoping to play

what can the jets do
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>MisstheWhalers</b></div><div>I like the idea of signing Haula AND Wennberg way more than the acquisition of Stastny which is apparently already done... :(</div></div>
if they do the STASTNY deal i would bet that LITTLE is done for the year and i am not sure on that

could the jets move up in the draft
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>mcoach69</b></div><div>ROS IMHO is never going to be more of a 3rd line player on this team and we have traded 2 first round picks and prospects to fill in FOR A 2nd line C so i am prepared to trade him</div></div>
i like ROS but to move up to get the C would be big time i don't think you get the RHD at 6 though i think he goes @ 5 to OTT

handcuffed by Littles status
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>tsyls</b></div><div>Samberg and Heinola are going to give the 3rd pairing LD a run for their money as they both could make the roster. It really is unfortunate that wpg has to deal with essentially another Dustin byfuglien situation in terms of having to save sufficient cap space until wpg knows what little will do. I believe it is highly unlikely he will return to play but they can’t make any moves until they’re 100% sure. Jets would be better off signing Dillon and DeMelo, along with haula to patch some of their holes</div></div>
i think Chevy wants to get a little stronger on the back end and Tannev fits the bill maybe 1 year was to short a term but i think the money is close Dillon is a good signing but i kind of like Soucy

little not on LTIR
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Birtle34</b></div><div>I would be surprised if little doesn’t end up on ltir, he’s had the solid career, made his dough, and had some major major injuries, that could quite possibly effect his quality of life going forward. Other than a ring, I don’t see the draw back to the rink for him.</div></div>
true but until we know LITTLE'S status the jets are virtually handicapped especially if he wants to play, so we have to assume that the jets have to keep 5m under the cap or hope he is willing to stay LTIR for the year or retires

trade rumor WPGS side
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>MisstheWhalers</b></div><div>Seeing Jesper Fast in the top 6 should make any Jets fan say **** that to the idea of trading Laine!
Seriously Laine and Ehlers are mature enough now to make an average center good enough so just get that guy whoever he is and draft a center 10th overall, trading either of them for Trocheck who doesn't seem like the guy he used to be would be a real waste, Laine is a massive talent, you don't trade that for a barely average 2C and an average 2nd pair dman, just sign Haula and good the **** enough!</div></div>
wasn't my trade idea someone posted it and i just took the pieces they wanted to ship to WPG. and filled it out i don't think either is traded though. i would see what Copp , Ros ,Law and Perr would bring back in a trade though

little on LTIR no trades
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Boggsauce</b></div><div>Like this a lot. Gives us lots of depth at both ends of the ice, even if they aren’t brand name guys. I would pass on Grant though, Copp, Lowry, Perreault, Roslovic are all competent 3Cs. Going to need as much flexibility as we can get to resign Laine and Pionk next offseason</div></div>
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>MisstheWhalers</b></div><div>Grant is decent and big, wouldn't be a bad signing and really Seattle is taking one of these guys anyway plus the $7M combined from an expiring Lowry and Perreault who neither should be brought back should be more then enough to cover raises for Laine and Pionk.</div></div>
i'm a big fan of Grant cheaper player that can contribute

my first try no trades on this 1
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>MBJenucks</b></div><div>Welcome wpgboy! good to have another fellow MB guy!
Great signings!! The Erik Haula signing is my favourite. This guy would be the perfect fit in Wpg. One signing I would really like to see the Jets make is Travis Hamonic instead of Mark Pysyk. I think him and JoMo would be a great pairing. That allows Pionk to play with Edmundson and Demelo with Samberg.</div></div>
Thanks i took Pysyk first because he can play RW as well and i am planning to trade some players on my next offering so i might have room for him

I'm rooting for you to sign Dylan De Melo if we don't, but I think you'll have to pay a bit more -- like $3.5 or $3.75. And I think that you should lock him up for at least 4 years.
O-K, Boomer!</div></div>
thanks, i was going to offer more but i think with a flat cap, dollar value will be lower and i think term might be shorter
