Stamkos is not a cap dump. The Canadiens would be the one to give up a 1st rounder along with a prospect

Interesting. I've never heard of a cap dump that was in pace for 95 points the previous year. I think you've had at least a gallon of LSD...nothing else would explain this.

IF we got Stamkos why exactly do we need Malkin? we would line up Suzuki/Stamkos, KK/Danault, KK/Danault, Evans down the middle and Stamkos, Gallagher, Anderson, Armia down the right with Taffoli, Tatar, Poehling and Lehkonen down the left. We would still need to move a bit more salary out but then you move Kulak and call up Belzile and Juulsen as extras.
