Ah yes, just what the leafs need. An offensive d man that can be a liability in his own end. This way you’ll lose the game to the sens 7-6 instead of 6-5

With the solid play of Strand and Clague this season, as well as the improved play of Maatta since he was healthy scratched, the Kings have even less need of Dermott's services than they did in the off-season.

Sure the Leafs can spend 3.875m more on Hamilton than Reilly, but it weakens the forwards. Really think Zorn or Andersen are third line players or Brooks is a full time player. And the goaltending?

Rielly is gonna get paid. I wouldn't be surprised if its north of 8 mill, considering how the nylander marner and matthews robbed dubas in contract negotiations
