Everyone declines. You are overvaluing your players.

Dermott is only worth a 3rd.
Mikheyev is worth MAYBE a 4th or more likely, another change of scenery player swap.
Engvall is worth nothing and is a dump, so a conditional 7th at most.

Can't trade Dermott, He's better than Lily.
Lily in my mind turns the puck over lots and is soft. Trade him before value is gone.

Can we also recognize that fringe players success in a scoring role in the pre-season doesn't mean all that much? I'm glad Ho-sang is having a good camp and might be offered a contract. IF he makes the team I value him as nothing more than a depth option and I wouldn't be trading away proven assets until he proves he can replicate the type of production when games matter.

I also agree that the trades are over-valuing the Leafs players. For that reason we're better off to keep a guy like Engvall if Dubas can make the cap work.
