He isn't signed and training camps are starting. I think a lot of us can see a fit for Zegras on Montreal and we know that Hughes isn't shy to make moves.

I wouldn't put much weight behind it though. The prime reason we are making these trades is because we are all bored.

Could it happen? Sure. Will it happen? Probably not. Does this help with our boredom? Absolutely.

Mailloux needs to put up some good numbers in the NHL for a couple seasons then he might have Tony D'Angelo value. Swap him for a good prospect and change that third to a first.

If Mailloux didn't have the scandal in his draft year, he would have been a top 10 pick. Bergevin stole him at 31st overall.

Mailloux from a purely hockey point of view would and should have a ton of value.
