If you look int he bottom right corner of the description box, there will be a few little dots there. Just hold your cursor over the dots, click & hold your mouse and drag to make the box larger. Then you won't have to scroll so much. Those dots should appear in any text box where we can type on the site.

I am using my laptop and they do not show up.
On an actual computer they appear.

Might just be a laptop thing.

What browser are you using for both? I assume the laptop is IE/Edge? Microsoft has not enabled the resizable function

Yeah my laptop uses Edge, maybe I will try with Chrome.
