Hit the smiley logo and click on the 'logos' tab, or type a colon followed by "canucks"

Need clarification.

Players that have more than 2 years are draft eligible IRL. This wording suggests players that finish their 2nd year this season will not be exempt.
Shouldn't it be "players with 2 years or less" are exempt?

Check again. The google doc draft schedule says the 9th pick is between 8:00 and 10:00 am on June 3
