Don't know about Stammer, Lundqvist might not be in because he's a goalie.

Stammer is definitely going to HOF.

I would value ellias similar to zetterberg imo. There are certainly arguments to be made but when u think of the “best” players from the late 90s- early 2000’s does ellias come to mind? I would put alfredson in over him. I’m not saying he’s not going to make it, but he’s certainly not a lock

I agree that all 3 (Zetterberg, Elias, & Afredsson) are all on the bubble. Their numbers are all pretty similar, but I'd probably give Elias and Alfredsson the edge over Zetterberg b/c of their status as being their team's best offensive player for 15 years. Elias and Zetterberg had the much better playoff success, though. However, both benefited from playing w/ other great players while Alfredsson was a one man show for a good portion of his career.

I think Lundqvist has to be ahead of Fleury at this point. Fleury has the Cups but he was never the best Goalie in the league.

Crosby, Malkin, Thornton, Ovechkin, Chara, Lundqvist are all locks. Bergeron should get in, as he's been the best two-way forward of this generation. Toews, Kane and Keith will most likely get in, being the backbone of multiple championship teams. Marleau has an interesting statistical case, but I doubt he has the hardware to get in.

Great breakdown. I agree with this analysis

Chief he’s number ten in wins all time and will probably make it to something around 5-7. He’ll Make it. Or he should at least.

So is CuJo and he didn’t make it. Hey I’d love for fleury to make it, I just don’t see it. I hope I’m wrong aha. He’s never even been nominated for a vezina. I just don’t see it.

Yeah. I know wins and cups are a bad way to judge player skill, but it is what gets you into the HOF.

It's also the Hockey HOF not the NHL HOF. Olympic/International performances count too. So Bergeron and Toews will probably get over the line as a result.
