St Louis are rebuilding (or retooling), Nashville would want a ton more for Tolvanen plus I can't see him going anytime soon and I'm 100% positive Vancouver doesn't want your overpaid players... Ummm are you okay? St Louis wants to rebuild from many reports. They could get some pretty good prospects and picks out Tarasenko. I get what your saying, I feel like St Louis should give a lot more in order to get Giroux. But, again, I can't see STL doing this trade for the sake of the future. They need a big prospect forward and a good prospect goalie plus a pick.

Well then you don't get the point of a rebuild. PHI would have to give up one of their best prospects *aka Frost* in order to get Tarasenko, you just have to! Then you guys would actually have a decent chance to win games have Giroux and Tarasenko together. Otherwise, you guys are not getting Tarasenko for a mediocre prospect and a 2nd rounder. But regardless, you guys would need an actually good goalie to see success.

Coming into this year, obviously with this year's totals still yet to be determined, other than Ovechkin, Tarasenko had the most goals for the past three years. That's more than Stamkos, Kane, or Giroux, and lots of others. Is Giroux a great player? No doubt. I agree with all of the Flyers fans out there. Does Tarasenko perhaps underachieve based on his potential? Perhaps, but look at his centers since he's been in the NHL. We've never had a Crosby, Backstrom, or Malkin. Heck if Maroon can scorelike he did with McDavid, just think what an underachieving Tarasenko could do with someone like those guys? Heck, before RO'R showed up, Tarasenko never had a center as good as your very own Coturier. Geez. I'm with the Pittsburgh guy here. You have a great player in Giroux, but please do not let the Philly bias blind you to the talent of Tarasenko. If Pittsburgh had him on either the Crosby or Malkin line, he'd score an easy 50 goals. Giroux is not a scorer playing with couturier change his defensive hability not the scoring one also you can look for the more points since 10-11 (Giroux is secound)
