Reilly Smith can get a first from someone and Colin Miller at least a third, so Las Vegas doesn't need to dump them for two minor-leaguers, and Clarkson is not an economic hit, so there is no benefit to trading his contract.

Clarksons contract can be buried under LTIR, so that makes no sense to Vegas. If you want both Miller and Smith, it will cost you a minimum of 2 1st rounders.

Why should the Sabres retain any part of Sheary's deal? Even if Palat waives part of his NTC, he won't waive Buffalo as a banned destination.

I am guessing you don’t watch a lot of Tampa games. Cireilli should of been a finalist for selkeye trophy. He is great second line center. Exactly wat the Sabres need.
