Alzner contract is way worse than Weber's.... You're talking about the 1st pairing D vs an AHLer with only 3 millions in between....

Kris Russell was +5 on a team that was -42 last year, having played in the top-4 on his off-side. The coaches trusted him with over 20 minutes of ice time per game. Over the past 2 years Russell has 31 points at 5v5, good for 82nd in the league among defenders and ahead of guys like Chara, Byfuglien, Faulk, Fowler, Stralman, Vatanen and Shattenkirk.

No way is he the worst contract on the Oilers - that distinction goes to James Neal.

TBL agree Condon is bad but it is one year @2.5 and 1/2 is buried in the AHL. I suggest Gourde, Palet, Killorn or Johnson all have NTC and make between 4.4 and 5.5

12th in GAA while having a real bad defense on paper.

It will be the worst contract soon enough, but as of right now, he is the main reason montreal have a chance to make playoffs every year

I think so too, but as of this moment he has the worst contract on the team.

Parise isn't the worst contract on the Wild right now. His deal has a good shot of becoming ugly depending on how it ends, but Rask is the runaway champion of bad Wild contracts right now and it isn't even remotely close.
