Your Crap to Asset ratio is a little off. Rangers could be willing to take Ceci off your plate, but you have to make it worth it.

The 2nd and Bracco are the only reward in this package and that could be enough to get Georgiev. After that, we might as well be handing you DeAngelo for a bag of jock straps.
