u sure? I say yes for vancouver. tryamkin is just big and won't be a big piece for us going forward. and stecher is useless. just had one good game and everyone thinks he's great

I agree in that the ducks decline

kapenen, liljegren dermott 2021 1st (conditional i know) and 2020 2nd for brodin and a 3rd. i know brodin isnt gonna bring you offense (u dont need it) but hes one of the best and most underrated defensive defesemen in the game and hes signed for decent term

Just grab Barrie in the offseason; he's a UFA obviously.

The Barrie to Vancouver and Stecher to Toronto rumour has been heating up again after Leafs loss last night.

Benning wants Barrie now to ensure they make playoffs but more importantly to help Canucks make a deep run in playoffs as Pacific Division is weak and Canucks have the players this year to make a run. Probably also helps Benning keep Canucks fans and more importantly the owners happy.

Stecher is a downgrade from Manson, and in return we get a guy who would be third pairing on LD behind Fowler and Lindholm, a smaller clone of Daniel Sprong and a seventh-round pick at the very end of the draft? Are you kidding?!?!?

I think Dubas is willing to add to the package @Slezzy21 if you have noticed the heat he is under in Toronto and CapFriendly.

"Tryamkin . . . won't be a big piece for Vancouver going forward" is like saying David Hasselhoff isn't likely to win an Academy Award anytime soon. Are you auditioning for Captain Obvious? The guy's played the last three years in Ekaterinberg in Siberia. There's no chance he sets foot west of zero degrees longitude unless he's on vacation. If you offered his rights to Toronto, Dubas would say Naah, just have him send me a postcard.

Tryamkin went back to the KHL because the Canucks coach (DesJardins) did not give him a proper chance in his first year. He made the KHL Allstar team the 2 previous years and has indicated that he is interested in comming back to the NHL after this years KHL season in finished. Dubas would be very misinformed if he did not check out Tryamkin because of his size and skating skills as he could be another Chara type player if given an opportunity.

He is literally just Myers the 2nd. Just not quite as good. We don't need him. Would rather move him as a trade piece
