You misspelled Kapanen's name, it's N.y.l.a.n.d.e.r. if you want that 1st Rd pick for 2021 or 2022 after they rebuild a little.

But the guy never even scored 50 points per season, he is a good player, but he’s not worth top 10, especially in this draft. it is not adequate.

Though the Sabres do have 4 NHL quality RHD which might work for a straight up one for one trade for Kappy.

i have said before kapenan is worth a late 1st not the 8th overall pick thats Nylanders worth lul

so in context

20-31 <-- is Kapenans worth if Dubas wanted 12-19 he would have to include a 3rd to increase the value.

the ends justify the means. time will tell. ill revisit you in X years Mr Seinfeld.
Edit: also not a great comparable considering draft pedigree. one top 10, one low 20's.

A third doesn't take you fom the end of the first round into the top 15...
