The frustrating part is they dominated and flyers had no business winning that game. Which is why I think the hockey gods reward the better team. We’ll see what happens Saturday.

Man I hope so guess we’ll see but as much as I love this team it’s so fitting for islanders fans to see the team go out this way

For sure, I guess I would be more worried if the isles got outplayed. 5 out of 6 games in this series the isles have dominated the flyers, I just don’t see how they can lose Saturday if they keep it up.

In the 1st OT, the isles had all the high danger scoring chances, flyers had 0. Like I said, isles were just unlucky. Obviously they are in danger of losing the series but I would surprised if they don’t win Saturday.

Maybe at this rate I’m just conditioned to expect a loss but a think the team needs one elite scorer to be able to sustain the success they had so far.. I really really hope they win Saturday and will be pulling everything outta me watching it for sure tho we shall see

In those 2 games combined, Vancouver was outshot 91-40 and they outscored Vegas 6-1.

I know Hart has been inconsistent in this series, but he put on a show tonight. He was a brick wall in the 3rd period and both OT's. 3 days ago I thought PHI was toast. Now, they look like the did during the round robin. And it all starts and finishes with Carter Hart.

Actually, you're right. The shot totals and possession time are heavily skewed towards NYI. It really wasn't til the 2nd OT that PHI took control.
