As a Wings fan I'm interested in what Canucks fans consider to be a fair/realistic return if the Wings took on Erikkson's contract. I had thrown out Demko and this year's 1st and the response was it would have to be Demko or a 1st, not both. Would Erikkson, Demko, and Virtanen for Cholowski be considered a big overpay, with no picks being involved?

Pre-Covid, I think he gets that. Benning may foolishly give him that. It would be a mistake. His awful contracts have given him very little room to overpay any of his UFAs.

These Eriksson + Demko deals to Detroit are getting worse and worse. What value do you realistically think Demko has? Why wouldn’t we pursue a FA goalie and acquire picks?

Demko is interesting but that Eriksson dump is too much .. Pick better be 1/2nd rounder (conditional if needed on demko performance) but that's it or no interest

That would be an amazing return for Vancouver , I can't speak for all Canucks fan , but i personally would be more than happy erikkson + demko + virtanen for glendening + 3rd round
