Easy pass for TB. If they can get Cernak for 5x3.333333 they'd sign him today.

Not sure Bracco gets claimed on waivers. He won't be the 2nd piece of a trade...

I think he played between 9-14 minutes a game so far in the playoffs. I am sure this qualifies him for 8 million smile

You traded out Johnsson, Kapanen, Kerfoot, Dermott and Engvall. TB isn't allowed to trade players??? And wayyyy under paid Domi.

Even without the 4th line demotion, he's a 50pt guy more or less. Even if he was the best defensive forward in the league on top of that (which he is extremely not), 50 pt guys don't get 8mil.

Johnsson, Kerfoot, Kapanen, Dermott and Engvall do not have NMC/NTC, but the guys on Tampa do. It makes trading and getting any value harder and even then it's not a guarantee Tampa gets to sign all the players they want to keep.

Anyway, just pointing that out because there's a clear distinction between players that do and do not have these clauses.

We're not trading Max Jones just to get a more expensive version of him with, by your definition, less sandpaper, and then adding a 2020 fourth to boot.

Honestly you’d have a better chance of getting Savard from Columbus then getting Peeke. Peeke is the only RHD prospect we have that is projected to be a top 4 D and with Savard being a UFA after next season we may need him. Also we don’t want to trade Jenner... but good try.

Not really sure you had a point, since there is plenny of arguments why Domi should have a big payday.

But 8M is more reallistic than 3.75M, which was @GMs accurate point.

I will leave it at that.

Someone asking for 8M want sign for 3.75M
