Manson really going far on that rep. If you watched him in the past two years, you would see that he is not the same player and definitely not worth a Nylander- unless you are one of those that think he should be traded for a bag of pucks.

Its the off season and theres Holtbys, Lehners available as UFAs and younger and re-signable now guys like Matt Murrays etc available in trade.

Andersen is good, and definitely not why TOR lost in qualifying, but not sure his value is a 1st, when other options (longer term) at near that salary are available for less or nothing in trade

Blowing up with this iteration of the team needs to start at the very top, with Shannahan, who has been so adamant about this 5 year plan. Well, year 6 just passed with little to show for it. Unfortunately, you might have to sit tight and suffer through another season of Leafs mediocre hockey before significant changes are made, because management can believe in this group all they want, they just don't have what it takes to make a significant impact when the games really start counting.

I always find it comical with these...Leafs fans bemoan Manson for sucking, and apparently everyone overvalues him, but you guys still manage to post a ton of Manson to the Leafs trades on a daily basis. Manson must be one of the most traded for players on this site.

You make the mistake that it's only leaf fans posting for Manson trades. It's just as often, if not more often that non Leaf fans post their attempt at "rescuing the the team" and trade for Manson, Pesce or Cernak. Just look how many Oiler fans are sending Larsson to TO these days.
