Too many unnecessary pieces for the Leafs to move Nylander. They already have Lehkonen, Mete, and Struble. They just have different names with the Leafs.

I know Friedman predicted Domi to the Pens, but at that price it makes zero sense for them. Can't afford to give up on the few prospects we have and need to keep filling the cupboard with pick 15.

McCann, Joseph, #15 for Domi

Massive overpay. #15 alone is overpay.

Pens counter with McCann, 2nd and a C prospect (100% for Laval)

how many ACGM does it take to end these ridiculous Domi expectations.

Again...the pens don’t add anything. If the pens wouldn’t give up #15 overall for Zucker, then they sure as hell wouldn’t trade it for Domi either. Pens want to reload on prospects and the pens can get a prospect at 15 that could potentially be nhl ready in a year or 2. That’s what they need. They already said Poulin will likely make the team next year. Why would they trade an entry level deal away for someone looking to get in the 5 million range in a flat cap world?

You didn’t have the 15th when you made the trade for zucker. In fact, the pens were making the playoffs until this stupid Chinese virus hit. You shouldn’t even have the 15th. Strange times.

Yes we did. It was lotto protected so when we found out we were getting the 15th, we still could have decided to give it to the wild. We chose not to. So if we wouldn’t give it for Zucker, we aren’t for Domi either.

Was the backup this year, but only had 6 starts in shortened season and after the Habs waived Kinkaid
