This does nothing to help the Wild. They have defense and paying ALOT for it, they need more centers

The reason the Wild would trade Dumba would be to help for expansion, they have 3 D with NMC that require protection. They won’t be adding a D like Letang

laugh laugh Didn't know that Letang was a Top 6 C Why would Minnesota trade a younger Matt Dumba for an aging Kris Letang? The whole reason of dealing Dumba is so they don't lose him for nothing in the expansion draft Letang doesn't solve that issue.

No way pens should do this trade. Letang, although injury prone and slightly more expensive, is WAY better than Dumba. Minny needs a center anyways so they probably wouldn't do it either (unless they flip letang for a center).
