      Puljujarvi abdicated Edmonton because of a toxic management, and only considered returning because the environment changed. Lias just isn't good enough to play in the NHL: instead of growing through the AHL, he buggered off to Sweden.

      I know the kid felt homesick and all too, and I genuinely feel for him and hope he's doing better, but that should never be a deal Edmonton considers.

      Oilers management tried to get him to play through double hip spurs when he needed surgery to correct them. Very different situation. Lias wanted NHL time and wasn't good enough for it, then left.

      Fair enough. I'm no expert on either of them.

      I would argue though that Anderson is too young to say he'll never be good enough for the nhl
