I really don’t see why CBJ would trade either G since they aren’t going to lose them to expansion and they are both great salary control... unless Kerfoot can score 30G/40A I don’t see many teams being interested in him either. OTT/LA are likely the top teams for a guy like Kerfoot.

i love how we're still pretending a goalie who hasnt had a good full season in 4 years is still so valuable simply because he caught fire for like 5 games against a high visibility team

Sharks accept! You guys get a more ready bottom 6 prospect and we get a kid who needs more seasoning but has a higher ceiling!

Why would the isles give up a projected top 4 Dman in Wilde for a bottom pair Dman in Dermott.

Yes please take Bergmann. In fact, you can just have him for free.

He pretty much holds no value what so ever, no clue why any team would want him.

He is a solid contributor at the AHL level but holds no real NHL value. In North American hockey he is, at best a tough guy/enforcer who can put up middling point production in the AHL. Only reason he saw NHL ice on the Sharks is because we got pushed around a lot last year and needed some sandpaper in the bottom six. As soon as Noesen appeared, Bergmann was no longer needed.

He has AHL value. He isn't terrible. He just shouldn't see NHL ice.
