I can honestly see that happening.
In his career, I predict he wins 6 of them.

No he wont. Trophy winners tend to have some pedigree in the NHL, finishing high up in the voting years before winning. Dahlin has none.

He certainly will not if he is playing with Colin Miller.

A player who had many years of experience going up against top competition. Colin Miller has always been and will always be extremely sheltered. You won't win a Norris playing in a sheltered role.

That is a very hot take. It might be possible if he were on a team like Colorado instead of Buffalo. He’ll probably win a Norris in his career, but until this team fixes its problems he’ll be held back by his teammates.

Wasn't even mentioned as a top 20 D in the league by the NHL, also not mentioned in their article about "Best future defensemen in the NHL." I guess they forgot he was drafted 1st OA just 3 drafts ago, put up 2 40 point seasons on the worst team, and did it all as a teenager.... Also they seem to forget that they touted him as the best defensemen since Lidstrom. He won't win Norris this year but in the next 5 years I can assure you he'll deserve to be a finalist and to have won it at least 3 times
Only Housley had more pts as an 18 year old.
He had 44 pts at 18, he was on pace for 55 at 19 years old (playing on a team that could not score much).
He will be 20 for the entire regular season, since it will be a shorter season he could easily be on a pace for 65 or more.
I will not predict a Norris next year, but he will have a monster year
