Playing against Vancouver seems to have given them overconfidence that they are the best and they are struggling against teams they shouldn’t

I don’t think there’s necessarily a specific reason for it, the team is just playing poorly.

So after 3 bad outings Julien comes back with some wild changes with Allen in net, a swap of fourth liners and switching Tatar and Toffoli. The results were as impressive as the changes themselves.
This is not an over reaction about Habs last four games but just an assessment of Julien's way of coaching for the past years. When things aren't going good can you get your head out of your ass and not wait for 8 straight losses, make some real changes to your lineup to show that you're at the very least trying? He's so passive it's annoying.

Joël Teasdale has his first AHL goal tonight, in his first competitive hockey game played in 628 days.

Well this is weird. You’d assume that they’d want Armia to get some practice on the PP, considering he’s only played 1 shift on the man advantage this year.

I am not. I have a Twitter account, but I don’t interact with anyone at all, I just use it as an easy way to get hockey news.

Well it seems like CJ listened to you in regards to the bold lineup moves. Tatar is a healthy scratch tonight.

The Finnish line is back together tonight, and Perry is on the 4th line (ugh).

FFS Phil. I bet Danault would’ve been the scratch tonight if we had better C depth, but unfortunately we don’t have anyone to replace him.

I’ve been watching since the 2nd period and Price has looked great, Mete looks good, Danault shouldn’t be in the lineup, why did we scratch Tatar

So if Mete continues playing the way he did last night, it looks like Kulak might have lost his spot in the lineup.

Holy crap. I really hope that Paul understands that he’s still a valuable part of the team. I also really hope this is only for cap reasons, and not because he’s going to be a healthy scratch next game.

The silver lining for Byron is that he makes 1.25 times as much money on the taxi-squad since he doesn’t need to pay escrow. Plus this will really, really help the cap situation, and potentially means KK, Evans, Suzuki, and Romanov won’t lose money by being sent to the taxi-squad.
