1. Kane is worth at least that package and maybe more on his own, this trade has the hawks retaining half and adding a top 5 pick. Absolutly no way.
2. Toews, if healthy is worth more than caufield alone. Hawks aern't adding a 1st and 2 seconds as well.
3. Kieth would bring back at least a 2nd

You seem to be operating like those three guys are cap dumps which is just insane. And I won't even bring up how most likley on of those guys waive. Kieth would be the most likley to waive but the other two almost certainly wouldn't imo

As much as I like the Montreal trade, I don't think MTL can take on such a massive contract for the next 3 years. $10.5 is a lot of Canadian bacon. With that money you can sign Tuna and Danault or close to it. But if I saw this offer I would certainly look at it.
