Two of the lines are incomplete. I would have inserted Kakko as the 4th line RW and DeAngelo as the 3rd pairing RD, and move DiGuiseppe and Blackwell to the Taxi squad

Farrance should sign. If NSH ends up trading Ekholm, he has a shot at playing top 4 D in the NHL pretty darn quickly -- and with his old partner from BU too (kinda interesting). Or you go Josi - Fabbro // Farrance - Ellis. Either way, I think that would be very exciting for him.

I know he's from Victor, NY & that western NY area near Rochester & about 85 miles from Buffalo, he'd likely step right into that lineup as well.
