Is it just me or are Campbell and Hutchinson capable?

Campbell isnt 100% but he still is healthy enough to play, people seemed to have soured on Hutch as he had 1 bad game where he allowed 2 goals on 3 shots in 7 seconds. It happens. What people forget is both these guys shut out Mcdavid and Draisaitl. When Hutchinson is in the zone hes a solid backup, will he be that guy tonight no idea but if the team plays well in front of him he has a chance.

Rn I dont see the need to add a goalie unless Hutchinson again plays bad and we find out Campbell and Freddie are not good to go for a while

I might be the toughest critic on here.... but I like it. I would switch hirvonen out though. To be honest I think it might be just the first if they make a side deal to let him go to ufa and have LA re sign him. If not I would use Abruzzese, kokkonen or SDA

I still think they look to add a depth D for the playoffs, IMO. Pick whoever you want, but Merrill plays big mins with DET, has great underlying numbers, plays the PK, him or Oleksiak would be a great addition. Agreed with the LA, I have seen some publications say a 2nd + prospect could get it done, but I think we retention a 1st is needed.

Agree with Sandin, Liljegren, Roberston should not be moved.

Rather have Hutchinson and Kerfoot than Dubynk and Iafello....plus you wait for over a week for the those two players for be in NHL ready, Plus to give up 1st, 2nd and 3rd...seem way too much

Dubnyk is garbage, dont understand how any team would want this guy. Stalock was chosen over him then Alex Stalock was put on waivers. Literally take half the goalies that were put on waivers over Dubs

And this draft looks weak, the Leafs have probably there best shot at reaching the Stanley Cup finals by just being the best team in Canada. If that means giving up next years draft picks that would be 3-4 years away from helping, hell ya I make these trades. IMO

You really think Dubynk is better than Hutchinson? Yea, I can Iafello is better than Kerfoot, but after Iafello's hot start, he's settled into his average player...like Kerfoot.

Doesn't have to be Dubynk, but yes I would take him over Hutch with how well the Leafs are playing D this season. No confidence in Hutch at all if Andersen is out longer than hoped and Campbell has dealt with his own injury history. I'd also look at Hill (ARI), Wedgewood (NJD), or Elliot (PHI) as short term options to backup Campbell.

In just his last 5 games Iafallo has 17 shots on net. He would be perfect on the top line, keeps Hyman on the 3rd.

Ullmark.... while your at it grab hall.... O would be happy to add either iafallo or hall.

Would love to snag Ullmark, I’m not as high on Hall. I just don’t see a scenario how they fit that all in under the cap. If the acquisition cost to get Hall is even low, you’d still need another team to pick up half his salary. I just want depth for the playoff run. Iafallo is low cost (cap hit) and fits in perfectly IMO for what the Leafs are looking for. A Hyman clone. With NSH back in the Granlund rumours are probably toast. And Rakall looks like he’s cost way too much.

Oh ok. Andersen wouldn't clear when Ghostbear just did despite many teams including Florida desperately needing D. Teams have no money, show me 1 team that is a contender and has 5 million in cap space with a need in net, ill wait. Use logic not your ego
