Ek is going to be untouchable at this point. At least absurdly expensive, like would cost horvat + or something egregious. He found his groove for scoring and will be contending for selkes his whole career. Pretty hard to top that.

For greenway - I’d trade him for a high ceiling C prospect and a 1st. Someone with solid 2C potential type player. I doubt he’d command an actual future 1C

Joel Eriksson Ek is untouchable . Wild aren't trading the only good young c they have much less a 2 way selke award candidate

Greenway could be had but not for anything Vancouver has.

Greenway isn’t worth that lmao, even if you drop the 1st
B+ prospect + 2nd round pick probably

Edit: Nevermind, scratch what I wrote, read what you wrote wrong, thought you meant Eriksson-Ek. My bad.

Although, given his progression this year, I'd say Greenway's worth a B prospect plus a late round 1st.

Carlo is tough to judge because i think his importance to the Bruins considering their depth and style they want to play most likely out weighs what other teams in the league value that kind of player. The Carlo-Boeser thing is talked about a lot on here, i just think he would be very hard to replace on the B's back end.

Avs probably keep it simple and just let Seattle pick between Graves, Donskoi, or Compher. If they pick Graves, fine, if not, then Avs have their D intact another season. Sakic will have no reason to move Graves so you'd probably have to overpay slightly if you want him - or make a trade with Seattle to get them to pick him and trade him to you. An early 2nd round pick would probably be a solid starting point, though it's probably something like a 2nd + 3rd/prospect sort of deal.

Eriksson Ek - not for sale
Greenway - something equivalent to a 1st round pick

Odd combo of some guys with minimal value and guys that would be impossible to get.

For lauzon, ask Seattle. For carlo, boeser.

Boston does not get better by trading away it’s young d men.

Lauzon can’t bring back a return that would make him worth trading.

Carlo/Debrusk for Boesser/Woo or Horvat/Woo.

I figure his return would be similar to zuckers due to his age, his size and his more reasonable contract. A 1st that’s late and a good prospect, not the best prospect in sight.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. A large part of it is that he came away from his come to Jesus meeting with Guerin with the right attitude and took it to heart.

He sorta tapered off at the end of the season though, but he did more than enough to raise his value from a mid 2nd rounder at the start of the season to a good prospect and a late 1st.
