Maybe add another pick in the Devils trade, just in case.

I would hate to trade Wood to the Rangers, but Devils take that

I’d love Miles Wood but I probably wouldn’t trade any of those pieces individually for him let alone altogether

Come on do you really think Detroit trades Bertuzzi for that? Bertuzzi came into this season with back to back 21 goal seasons and was on pace for 31 goals before he got injured. Pajuniemi celling is a bottom 6 NHL forward if he can make it to the NHL. Now Robertson will probably be a good 2nd pair dman. He has played in the AHL for 2 seasons and has no NHL experience. I just don't see how that adds up to Bertuzzi.

Coleman is going to Edmonton, and Toronto already claimed Hyman, so that leaves Wayne Simmonds, and Miles Wood from your list. I also doubt you are getting Tyler Bertuzzi, especially for that.

No I’m just kidding on Coleman, and Hyman anyone is fair game, but that’s just where I think they are headed, and where some other fans think they are headed.

Neither of those prospects excite me too much but I would say yes in a heartbeat for that first. I don't think Wood has the value to bring back a mid-first round pick but I'd definitely take it if it's offered.

Probably late 1st or early 2nd.
Add in a little rivalry premium, and I’d call it mid-1st.

I think the trades are both a little much.
And I wouldn’t give Simmons two years.

Coleman is probably your best bet.

People throw BS around like he's just another name lol. We traded up, in front of NJD so we wouldn't have to face him. He is exactly what we need.

There was no need to as Devils were not going to select Schneider

We were not.
It’s a silly little thing that has thoroughly debunked.
Fitzy tried to trade down himself and couldn’t.
So he took the guy he wanted next. Mukhamadullin.
Turned out pretty well, because as a defensive d-man, he set the teenage record for scoring by d-man in KHL.
