Nashville has been stuck in purgatory for years now the only reason they were able to make the playoff was a hot Juuse Saros. The Preds best option is to enter a full rebuild.

Bruins easily decline,

I really dont see the value in ekholm being the same as it was last season, a large part of why he was comanding such high value was that he was signed for the playoff run after the deadline and this upcoming season, now hes just a rental and thats far too high a price

I just think boston would be willing to pay this price as there cup window is coming to an end and are desperate

I understand what you're saying but where its a trade deadline deal probable rental i thought what the rangers are giving up is fair value the most i could see being added is a second or third rounder

Forsberg is obviously no slouch. But Rangers are relatively set at either Wing. Any Picks or Prospects getting moved will be for a Center upgrade.

I think pretty much everyone is going to tell you the same thing: Ekholm doesn’t have anywhere near that kind of value. Start with cutting it in half
